Can you name this movie?

I can't figure out the name of this movie. I remember I saw it when I was little so it was in the 90s. I remember that a kid falls in love with an older woman or something like that. I know one scene is that they go into the park and start playing around and they run into a place that shoots water out of the ground and they play with that. If you can name this movie that would be awesome. I think it was about a rich kid? And I thought it was Maculay Culkin, but the only movie I could find like that was Richie Rich, and it wasn't that one
