My gf friend is pregnant (3 or 4 weeks) and is debating keeping it or not...(we're a college couple)?

We are both heading towards the end of our Sophmore year in college and have been together for year, this was a completely unplanned pregancy and it wasn't like we were being overly promiscuous or anything like that; I am currently in school to be a teacher and she's an aspiring lawyer, i am going to remain by her side no matter what and i am going to put my all into whatever choice we ultimately make, but i personally have always been against abortion, i also have read some other questions about having kids young along with some pros and cons and what not but i would just like to get as many opinions about this situation as i can. thanks in advance... btw we were both initially leaning towards keeping it and she had an abortion in high school and really wouldn't like to go through it again...
