Why do I hate my "gifts"?

Ever since i was a little girl i have had these premonitions and i can see things before they happen, but i hate knowing, it's not right to know theses things. what i see is never good, i always see events where evil triumphs over good. is it wrong to feel this way about what people call my "Gift"?
