What dose it feel like when the baby drops?

ok im about 36 weeks, and tonight i started having this painfull pressure in my pelvic area, it hurts worse when i lay down and it is a constant ach but once i get up and move around it fades away and i was just curious if this is what it feels like when the baby drops
