Severe head pressure in pregnancy.?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and for the last 2 days have suffered from a migrain that wont go away. I'm not congested or having any nasal problems. Just a constant pressure in my head. Feels like my eyes are gonna pop. Also i have been running a slight fever. Has any one experienced this. Just some opinions while i wait for the Dr. to call back.
