1 week old kitten losing weight?

It sounds like your doing everything right. I wouldnt worry to much at this stage but if she continues to lose weight id see the vet id say wait another 48 hours. The mortality rate in kittens brought up this way is quite high so if she dosnt make it know you did everything you could(im not being neg just want u to be prepared) good luck
