Could this possibly be pneumonia/bronchitis/some other lung infection?

could be an infection in your lungs i went through the same thing my doctor said i have lung cancer i am not saying you do but you need it checked out if you have an infection he will give you medication to clear it up you need to have it checked as soon as you can
