Has Scott Brown benefitted from his states Health Care Program?

Scott brown says if he is elected he will see the federal health care plan killed and if he is elected he could very well do so. His state has a state health care plan that Mitt Romney put into effect when he was the governor there. The state health care plan is very similar to the one that has been ped by the Senate to become our national health care plan. Why would Brown try to destroy something for the rest of the American states that has proven to be such a success for his own state? Has he or his family never had to use the states health care plan? Is he to far removed from the citizens of his state to know how much of a success it has been for them? How does Mitt Romney feel about Brown saying the health care plan is no good when it was his plan to start with?
