Mental Disorder, or what?

You know what I think it maybe..... Ok for example if I tell myself not to think about the number 57 or to remember it I will keep remembering it even better.This is relative to your problem bc it may be that you overthought it. Overthinking it, how you cant imagine the object upright. Like now... i cant even imagine a bench upright if i try lol. bc im thinking about having it upright so much.. overthinking it.
