What is a cute out fit for my little sister in 6th grade for first day of school?

Well She is 11 and starting 6th grade in august she likes designer aeropostal finch Abocrobie things like that. She is one of the populars (they are not very many girls who are pretty so yeah). Our school tushka got blown away by f3 tornado if you don't believe check you tube kay .and we are going back to school and she wants to be pretty so ideas please don't be rude. Thoughts on waring bras and are there in thing that helps when plucking eye brows.Thanks:)
