Why do people that sit on their backsides get all the help they need, stop their money, make them work!!?

im getting fed up with working really hard, and not being able to get on in life, just been told that people on benefits if they have children of a certain age they can have free yes FREE laptops , wish i could give my 11yr old a laptop, cant afford to give my child money for school dinners everyday, etc etc etc,
